Our tax accounting firm, Adam Libman, just turned 5 years old! And it's been a wild ride to say the least! So buckle in your mental seat belt, and enjoy this quick little story:
The firm started when Adam got fired from an accounting firm for moonlighting on the side. Except, Adam had only ONE client at that time. So what did Adam do? He made damn sure he didn't have 0 clients. Because when you only have ONE client, that ONE client literally means the world to you.
But that ONE client soon turned into TWO clients, which turned into THREE, and so on.
However, the tramatic experience of having to make sure client #1 was HAPPY was laser tattooed into Adam's brain. And that forms the basis of how we treat each client today: If you leave you, we're gonna we on the street, so we better make sure you're happy.
In 20010 Adam intergated his now larger client base with his father's client base, who had retired in late 2009. Adam made a vow to his father to continue providing quality services to his clients. And as the firm has grown, we are committed to providing great service to our long time valued clients. And we'll continue to do as long as they'll have us.
The next major transition just occured in October 2011, when the firm is now redirecting its focus on entrepueners with multiple entities, concert touring artists, and same sex couples.
Where 2012 takes us, it's sure to be an exciting ride. And whereever we go, we are ALWAYS focused on the ONE.
